Power of Affirmations

I am a strong believer in the power of affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire. You can read more about affirmations in this piece that I wrote previously.

In my effort to promote conscious and positive sexuality, I have commissioned a set of 10 beautiful A4 Affirmation Cards for your use. These images are ideal as background images, slide shows, or even screensavers. You may also print and place something prominent in your bedroom or even at the side of your mirror. Feel free to download and share the messages.
