About Pilates Instructor

Candice picked up Pilates as a complementary exercise to her gym routine in 2004. She loved how Pilates can tone up areas which her Body Pump and Step classes cannot. She was a convert after 12 sessions of Beginner Pilates Matwork and has been practising it weekly since. Through the years, she progressed to Advanced Pilates Matwork with Props, Advanced Pilates Reformers and Advanced Pilates Circuit classes. She is a fully trained Stott Pilates Instructor in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and barrels. She enjoys teaching Pilates and get satisfaction from seeing her clients become stronger and look better with increased confidence over time.

In Dec 2009, she started Pilates Fitness to share the benefits of Pilates and demystify the fact that Pilates is about stretching and more suitable for females. She introduces the first Pilates for Golfers and Pilates for Weight Loss Programs in Singapore. She is also the first to provide customised Pilates Programs for each individual person in the group class setting to ensure everyone get the maximum benefits.
